How to I change the account to my name and password?Asked by James Wigg on June 09, 2014 at 12:51 AM
I purchased a website, www.top10gooogle.com and the site has the contact page set up to go to a different
email address. I need to change this to my email address but cannot log in to the current account to do so.
name and different site www
Upon checking your contact us form of your web site, I found that it is associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms.
I would suggest you to sign up for a new account using your email address "JWigg023@gmail.com" and the form should automatically move to your new account. Do get back to us with your new username if you do not see the form in your account and we will manually move your form. Once the form is in your account, you can change the email address which is used to receive submission emails. The following guide should help you change the email address: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
Hope this helps.
