Approval Flow: Require login feature is not showing

Has this feature changed? We used to be able to approve or cancel requests directly in the emails. When we try to do this now it tells us that we have to log in. There used to be a feature in the workflow builder where we could turn that off, so it was not required to log in, we are not longer seeing that option. Was that removed intentionally?

This change has disrupted our ability to process forms. I have an account and I am still not able to do it. It is telling me that I am not authorized.

    Please assist.

    Thank you,

    Hi Jessica,

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Currently, the 'Require login for approver' feature is temporarily disabled.

The approver would need to log in to their Jotform account and complete the approval process.

I have forwarded the issue to our back-end team.

Once we have further information, you will be notified right away.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hi Jessica Lansing

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Approve/Deny without Login option for approvers was temporarily disabled so we could perform some security and stability improvements.

The option has now been enabled again. We're sorry if this caused you any difficulties. You can check and find this option in under the Approval Settings-Advanced Tab.
