Not sure of what to put. I want to receive an email confirmation but I'm not sure what to put in the fields. I have tested my form. What I would like the person emailing me to see is not only the message that we received their email but to redirect them back to the website and to get the actual email. I have not received my test emails and I did it 3x/

I am not sure if I'm getting your concern correctly. It seems that you have just recently changed your form's notification recipient from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com.
I made a test submit to your form and subsequently checked our mail server logs. It is confirmed that the notification is sent to your att.net e-mail. That means your notifications work fine.
