Any idea since it was there yesterday and now my api calls are not retrieving that field anymore?

I was able to see the workflowStatus in previous pulls, but it's gone now. I have cleared my form cache and the records in the table have an approval status field that looks correct. Strange - please help!

Hello Brian,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry, but we only have limited knowledge with our API. I believe you need to update the ID of the field used in API. I'd suggest reaching our API team at api@jotform.com to know more what are the options you can use to get the data that you want.
