Only one user is having this issue. This is on chrome/pc and safari on mobile. Access setting is set to Public. Please advise.

Hello jluksch,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do have a feature on the Approval Flow that you can disable so that the approver does not need to log in to approve/deny the submission. However, the 'Require login for approver' feature in the Approval Flow is temporarily disabled. I have escalated your concern to our developers. We are unable to provide an ETA as to when this will be available again; however, will notify you on this thread once we received an update from our developers.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi jluksch
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Approve/Deny without Login option for approvers was temporarily disabled so we could perform some security and stability improvements.
The option has now been enabled again. We're sorry if this caused you any difficulties. You can check and find this option in under the Approval Settings-Advanced Tab.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.
