    Thank you for contacting us.

It is possible to use a custom domain name option:

How to use Custom Domains with Jotform

Note, that you will need to have your own domain name to use that option.

Alternatively, there is a form Custom URL option, but it does not remove 'JotForm' from the address:

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Hello. Is there a way to custom the URL of a form (showing the "jotform") but not showinf the name account?

    Example:

    http://www.jotformz.com/Anastasia_ld/Perfil_Empresa

I would like to remove the "Anastasia" from the URL which would be my name account.

    Thank you

    Hello Anastasia_ld,

Unfortunately, it is not possible. If you create a custom URL of your form, it will always include your account username in the URL.

If you want to replace it with some other text, only possibility is to change your account username.  Alternatively, you can take advantage of our "Custom Domain" feature to use your own domain in form URL. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
