The Require Login option to approve users are removed from the workflow

    I read on line how to fix this but I can't find the box to uncheck require login for approver.

    I don't want my managers to log in to approve our forms. Can you help please?

    Hello Cris_Carter,

    Thank you for contacting us. The Require login for approver option is disabled by our backend team as it caused unexpected behavior with the workflow. Our team is investigating it further and we will notify regarding this as soon as it is enabled. Until this is fixed, the approver should create a free Jotform account to approve the workflow.

    Does Jotform have plans to re-enable the require login for approver option?

    Also - if there are plans to re-enable the require login for approval option, what is the estimated time of when this will happen?

    Hi Cris_Carter

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Approve/Deny without Login option for approvers was temporarily disabled so we could perform some security and stability improvements.

    The option has now been enabled again.

    You can check find this option in Approval Settings-Advanced Tab
