Login for Approval is Missing

    So far in testing, it appears to be working fine, although one of the recipients for some reason is being asked to log in to approve, while the others are not. Also, for some reason the option to require login for approval or not is missing on all of my approvals. See screenshot below:

    Any idea what is happening with the require login for approval? I've tried in multiple browsers and endpoints.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience. The "Require login for approver" feature in the Approval Flow is temporarily disabled. I'll escalate your concern to our developers. We're unable to provide an ETA as to when this feature will be available again. However, we'll notify you on this same thread once the feature becomes available once more.

    That's really, really too bad. It was a very useful feature for our use case. While it doesn't overly complicate matters going forward, I really hope that it comes back at some point.

    We've been informed that "Require login for approver" feature has been enabled again. Please check it and let us know if the issue persists at your end.

    Thanks so much! I see it there again! Having the option to not require login is really useful in our use case. Much appreciated!
