Click on 'My Forms' on the top > Right click on whatever form you want to clone > option will appear. Done.

    Hi there,

In JotForm, you can clone another user's form in a website or from your existing forms.

To clone a form from a website,

    1. Click on "New Form" from your "My Forms"
    2. Select "Import Form"
    3. Select "From a web page"
    4. Enter the URL of the form *
    5. Click "Continue"

And to clone an existing form from your list,

    1. Click on "New Form" from your "My Forms"
    2. Select "Import Form"
    3. Select "Clone an existing form"
    4. Select your form from the list

    5. Click "Continue"
    clone an existing form
Or simply select the form and right-click, select "Clone Form" and you're done.
    Hope this helps.
