My forms are nolonger in my account. I have already upgraded my account. Last payment was taken on the 28th of May. This is ridiculus. Please help.

I have checked your account, you do have premium status and I also see all of your forms.
This for example should be one of them. All are active and ready to be used. Let us know if you are still having issues and we will look in to further.

I have checked and the forms are still not in my account. They appear okay on my websites but I cant access them via Jotform to edit them etc. Please help.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. It could be browser related issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache already?
