Approval workflow - Sender e-mail address

    Hi,

    Is it possible, in workflow, to change the sender e-mail address to an institutional Exchange address? (My account is patrick.hamel@umontreal.ca)

    Hi Patrick,

    You would have to setup an SMTP to change the Sender Email as shown below.

    Please refer to the provided guide below on how to setup an SMTP.

    Guide: How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert

    Once you have setup your SMTP, this will be available for all email settings in the Advanced tab under the Sender Email option.
