Connecting form and form answers to Apsis.com newsletter subscription

Asked by hookey on June 11, 2014 at 07:16 AM

    Hello again,

I have a form (http:/www.tecknologen.se/information.asp) my site which is created by my Newsletter system (Apsis.com). When a person subscribes, she enters the data required and after submitting she is entered automatically in the newsletter subscription database. I tried to get JotForm to copy this form, and make it work - but no success. I guess some connection to the Apsis-system is broken. Since I cannot see what code is created (and I would probably not understand it either...:) ) i cannot see what is wrong.

I have tried embed the code, but the form does not work (the user is not added to our database in Apsis)

    Please advice me, thank you!

    JotForm Support

Answered by jonathan on June 11, 2014 at 09:57 AM

JotForm does not have integration support yet to Apsis.com which could be the reason you will not be able to make the newsletter subscription process between the JotForm form and your subscription database.

I suggest you should also check the current existing newsletter integration that JotForm have support here http://apps.jotform.com/category/emailling

You can probably try an alternative among the already existing newsletter integration.

Unfortunately, I could not make the website work on the URL you provided http:/www.tecknologen.se/information.asp. I keep getting 504 error every time I tried viewing on my browser.

Can you please double check if the URL is correct?  I wanted to check the embedded form on it.

For now, I will also submit a request ticket to our higher team support if they can add JotForm form integration to http://www.apsis.com/

Our dev team will provide status update about the feature as soon as available.

Please inform us if you have further concern.

I've checked your site but I don't see any form embedded to it?

About the request our developer will update you in this thread about the integration if it's possible or not.
