The name is empty in the email I received

    Hello, is David. Well I dont know why on last form i did it,  the answers I receive on my email are well but the name is empty. I delete the form and I did a new form but the issue is the same.

    Hi David,

    To fix the notification email problem on your form 

    please create a new notifier email.
