Upon checking I found that Main Office field is not mandatory in your form. You can also discard Zip Code field form Main Office. Please see the screenshot below.
You can also use separate field and make it required/mandatory or not just by click on Required option like the screenshot above.

the main office is being treated as one one field to make all mandatory or not. I tried clicking fields above but it does not let change a specific fields within main office to make it not mandatory while keeping the other fields as is. I need to keep the other fields as is. Basically within the main office fields I want to choose each fields and make mandatory or not.
Address field is treated is one field, that is correct. That means there is no way to set each sub-field's "requiredness".
You can instead use separate fields in place of the address sub-fields so you can have control over which is mandatory and which isn't.
