How can I change the service model I signed up for yesterday?

    I signed up yesterday for a Professional level plan for one year, with the username 'ymcaclt'. We would still like to have the Professional plan level, but would like the month-to-month plan rather than the yearly one.  We'd like to make sure that people are able to use it cleanly this summer before committing to a year!  How can I make that change?

    Hi,

    I have refunded the original purchase and set your account back to the free user level.  You should receive a confirmation email shortly.  Simply re-activate your subscription with a monthly plan.  Let us know if there is anything at all we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.
