    Hey!

After designing most of our form, I wanted to see how the Freshbooks integration worked, and it seems like I can't figure out how to link a form text box/quantity to 'products' in the integration wizard.

I've seen http://www.jotform.com/blog/58-Create-Invoices-from-Forms-Using-Freshbooks-Integration and that doesn't seem to show how to use the wizard.

Basically, we have our clients choose what product they want and choose quantities via the webform and it creates an estimate in Freshbooks.

If I can't link the form data to the estimate, I can't use these forms. :(

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, product from Freshbooks can only be integrated to the product field on your form. What you can do instead is to create a product field on your form by using one of the payment field like Purchase Order if online payment is not required.

After that, add a textbox quantity with one of your product so you can accept custom input from the user at the same time, you can integrate it with freshbooks. Will this help?
