    Submission email and thank you note will not update contents.

    I seem to be having all kinds of problems with JotForm today. I submitted this question earlier today but it still hasn't shown up in the Forum. 


    I have changed the content of the Thank YOu screen and the Submission Verification email to reflect changes I needed to make. THe copy shows up as it should in my form on JotForm. But when the emaul comes through or the thank you appears, it still contains the old copy.


    It is doing this same thing on several forms.

    Sorry for the inconvenience you have been facing.

    You should confirm us first what your first thank you message was. Was it look like the screenshot below? If not, then let us know what changes you have made and what you are getting as thank you message. It would be better to find out a quick workaround if you provide us the problem details with screenshots.

    When I created the form that I sent you the link to, I made it from a clone of the form Request a New Data Set. By chance, I went back to that original form, made the changes and they seemd to work on the cloned form then. I am wondering if there is a problem with making changes to a cloned form without changing the original.

    There is a little chance that the issue was related to a form cache on our side, now we have cleared your forms caches (How to Clear your Form Cache).

    You should be able to manage different forms separately, the cloned version is not supposed to be connected with the original one in any way.
