Hi,
I see you are currently on the Premium Plan, you simply need to downgrade your account to a free
You can do this by following these instructions:
(1) Go to the Billing Section in My Account
(2) Click on the " Free Plan " to downgrade then click " Cancel Subscription ".
You may also upgrade again in a similar manner if you wish to subscribe again in the future. If this does not work for you please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
