Let me please inform you, that we do not update conditions upon changes in options (answers).
Here is an example:
If you change Green to Yellow under options, it will not be reflected on conditional rule. In other words, condition is based on the exact text value and not on the answer position.
If you are referring to something else, please provide us with additional details. Thank you.

This is what I referred to. From your example I understand that I should manually update conditions every time I change some text that is subject to a condition. Right?

Hi,
Yes, you are correct. Like what my colleague said, the conditions are not based on the position of the options. It is in reference to the field's value. So, in his example, if you are just going to add Yellow from the existing option, then there's no need to update the condition BUT if you are going to replace Green with Yellow, then, updating your condition logic is necessary.
