is there a way to set the submit button so that when it is clicked the site user will be taken to an other page?

    the other page will be for payment. is there equally a way to delay the submiting until payment has been finalized even if the submit button has been clicked on?

    Hi,

    This is very much possible in JotForm.

    You can use the send to custom Thank You URL in the form Thank You page.

    Actually, if you are also using payment tool like the standard paypal in your form, the process is it will first send the form respondent to the Paypal payment screen to allow the user to complete the payments, before they are redirected to the form actual Thank you page.

    Clicking the submit button is required to trigger the form submission, and before all submission process will be triggered.
