I have three landing pages with jotform form embedded in each. Each form is a clone and modified from the original and I embed using the <embed> html code provided. Two of the landing pages are still displaying there form, but one has today stopped displaying the form. The form embed script is:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/41618126743858"></script>

    The website is seconomix.com/lpsweap2

One other site with working form is seconomix.com/lprnaimarker

    Thanks.

PS I tried making a clone of the form and embedding the code but it isn't working.

    Hello seconomix,

Upon checking your web page where you have embedded your form, I found that you have used your forms non secure embed code. Please check the screenshot below:

My website is no longer displaying form Screenshot 20

Since your website is using SSL, non secured content cannot be displayed on a secured web page. You need to access your web page using non secure URL (click here) or you need to embed your form using it secure embed code. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
