How do I receive submission notification individually?

Hello,

I just recent; used JOtform and I loved it. I only have one issue. I reveive submission in one email thread. I use the jot form as order form for my business and receiving them in one thread of email can get confusiong. Is it possible to receive individual email per submission? If so, how do I do this?

Your email software must be combining all emails coming from JotForm. What you can try is set the Sender Name of your email notification. This should separate emails from individual submitter. Click the dropdown box for Sender Name and choose the name of the Name field on your form.
