how can I email a completed form as a pdf to a user

    Hello

    I would be very grateful if you could help me. I am looking for a forms product for my business www.uklivingwillregistry.co.uk

    One of the things I really would like to be able to do is to have users receive a pdf copy of their completed form by email automatically so that they can print and sign it and eventually post it back to us.

    i.e. User fills out a form online. Then once they press submit they receive a pdf of the completed form direct to their email.

    I can nearly do this with adobe a rough example is at

    but I seem to have to manually download each pdf at the backend and manually email mail it to the user.

    Is it possible that I could do this automatically with your system? I have looked at length at your excellent web site but cannot see the answer to this specific need.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can add the pdf download link to your email autoresponder. Once your submitter completes and submits the form, they will receive email notification and the link to download the PDF version of the completed form. Here's how:

    There is also a PDF form you can create here but the thing is, you will have to email the pdf form manually to your customers. So, I think adding the pdf link to your email autoresponder is the best option for your.
