We have received complaints that our form is not going through. When the client presses the submit button it would just say please wait. Please fix this ASAP! We have a deadline today and we need this form to be working.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
I have checked your form in different browsers but I couldn't reproduce the problem.
Paulyarin, I have checked your thread on - https://www.jotform.com/answers/390851, it's already answered by my colleague.
For best performance I recommended you to ask your users to use Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
