Can I insert maps into a form?

Not just an image of a map, but the kind you can zoom in and out and move by using the cursor.

I think what you're trying to accomplish entails the use of Google Maps JavaScript API. Unfortunately, JavaScript cannot be embedded inside a form created with JotForm.

What you can do is embed a Google Maps javascript api onto an external webpage then embed that page to the form using <iframe></iframe> tags and a free text (html) field.

Note that you should have your own web hosting account to accomplish this.
