    Check Input widget will not work if there are required, but completed Widgets on the form

    Hello,

     

    I could really use the new widget so thanks again to the entire Jotform team...you guys rock!

     

    I seems to not work when used in conjunction with other items? When i test on one of my simple forms, no problem works great. But on my more complex form

    I can't get it to work.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Probably it gets in conflict with other elements on your form and that affects the good functioning of the widget. I cloned your form to test it from closer and upon inspecting it I found that the issue appears when other widgets are set as Required.

    For example in your form, the Localized Calendar widget is set as required:

    If it is required the Check Input widget will not work, but if it is not required, then the Check Input widget will work just fine.

    So, I am forwarding this issue to our next level support so that they can fix it as soon as possible. Once it is resolved you will get the update via this thread.
