Check Input widget will not work if there are required, but completed Widgets on the formAsked by CheapAlice on June 12, 2014 at 10:59 AM
I could really use the new widget so thanks again to the entire Jotform team...you guys rock!
I seems to not work when used in conjunction with other items? When i test on one of my simple forms, no problem works great. But on my more complex form
I can't get it to work.
check all all forms check input
Probably it gets in conflict with other elements on your form and that affects the good functioning of the widget. I cloned your form to test it from closer and upon inspecting it I found that the issue appears when other widgets are set as Required.
For example in your form, the Localized Calendar widget is set as required:
If it is required the Check Input widget will not work, but if it is not required, then the Check Input widget will work just fine.
So, I am forwarding this issue to our next level support so that they can fix it as soon as possible. Once it is resolved you will get the update via this thread.
Thanks for your understanding.
Much appreciated. I tell everyone about Jotform and how fantastic the support is!
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. It is really rewarding for the support team to know that we are making the difference in the user experience.
