You guys have really gotten bad at this. When I first signed up for jotforms you were accessible. Now there's no phone support and no one answers these emails. So I will try this one more time before I request a refund.
The account is under the email address of email@example.com. The original username is jimspears.
I had a form on our league site www.ogyasports.com for fall baseball registration. The form has become unavailable. When I go to jotform it tells me that I am almost out of space and prompts me to upgrade. When checking my account settings it shows us as having the free account. We had a subscription that I thought auto-renewed. I guess not. I renewed a two year subscription. I charged $139 on the leagues card. But this is now the second day and the form still gives our customers a form unavailable message when they hit submit. We need this corrected ASAP TODAY!
While renewing the subscription I also attempted to change the username from jimspears to ogyasports. Please advise via email what is going on.Page URL:

For verification purposes, may we ask for the Order Reference # from our 3rd party payment processor? I checked the user ID ogyasports in our member database but failed to get a match.
We can refund the payment you submitted and you can sign up again for a paid account using ogyasports as user ID.
