    Hi

We use jotform for our pop up on our homepage of our site, which works great, we have a 2 second time delay and it appears only once for each visitor... all good there

We are looking if there’s way to have the pop up appear if say a customer arrives on our site then clicks on one of our category pages  then a product within that category and then back to the category again. Or some similar process

Basically that if they perform certain actions we can then have the pop up appear to in theory help guide them to convert give them more information about our products?

    Hope that makes sense

    Thanks

    Hi,

We do not have specific feature for the function you're looking for. However, this tracking and analytics widgets may be of help.

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/category/analytics

Just pick which widget that works very close to what you're looking for, maybe the Get Referrer is close to what you require. It will grab the complete URL of the page where the form is embedded.

You may also want to try Google Analytics, Zuko Form Analytics (formerly Formisimo) and Yandex Metrica. These are integrated with 3rd party services so you have to secure and account with these services first.

Let us know should you have further questions. Regards!
