Hi Robin,
Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. Did you mean that you have uploaded a new version of your original PDF form but it's not reflecting on the form builder? I have checked your latest form and PDF uploaded fine to the Smart PDF form.
To Update PDF go to the Upload section in your form then click on Update PDF.
Can you please let us know what error are you getting when trying to update PDF? You can share screenshot on our Support forum.
