Embedded iFrame not always showing up in form?

Asked by ohiotravel on June 12, 2014 at 03:06 PM

I am embedding an iframe to a second form (http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41613473445958). My primary form inside http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41536682817967. That form is embedded in my site as an iframe as well. Sometimes the embedded iframe to the second form just shows up blank.

What would be causing the iframe of the second form to not load in the primary form on occasion?

I tested your form embedded on your page multiple times, however, I was not able to replicate the issue from my side:

What I did notice is that the form takes too long to load completely and the user has to wait much time start filling it out.

Upon checking your form I found that you have created many conditions, probably that is what is affecting the functioning of your form, and that may also be the cause of the issue that you are reporting on your message.

Splitting your form into multiple ones would be a good idea. That way the form would not take too long and that may resolve the issue you describe.

Please give it a try and if you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
