HELP : Suddenly Paypal Guest Purchase - Credit Card Option not showing on Paypal payment processing screen !

    I am getting ready to roll out another big project and suddenly all my forms are having payment issues...

    All of a sudden the paypal payment screen "Choose Payment Method" is not being showing guest checkout with a credit card.

    Its now requiring that everyone has a paypal account in order to process guest payments by credit card!

    This was never the case before!

    Paypal says its a matter of "Express" vs. "Standard" checkout that determines this feature on the payment page.

    I have a regular paypal account and this has never been an issue before.

    What has changed at Jotform to cause this How do I fix the problem ?

    Please help asap !

    Hi Jim,

    Unfortunately, there is no setting available in JotForm which will ensure guest checkout on Paypal. It is actually a PayPal account settings where "Account Optional" should be turned on as suggested by Paypal here

    Note that this feature is available to Premier and Business Paypal Account holders only as stated on that article.
