That's fine. Just keep the username ring003 for right now. However, yesterday, we did pay to upgrade. As I said yesterday, the order number is 61041860. We need it upgraded immediately because we are using the forms for registration forms for an event we are holding on Saturday.

I have tried to check CLA01 in our member database but still failed to find a match. However, I was able to confirm that order reference # belonged to you for that account (CLA01). What I'll do is to submit a refund for the payment you submitted for CLA01, and then you can resubscribe using that username to a Premium account once you receive confirmation about your refund.

Our issue is that we need our current account up and running because our event is Saturday. Is there anything you can do or is there a phone number we can reach you at?

Your first upgrade was cancelled and refunded by a colleague because you entered a different login name when you upgraded, which rendered the upgrade useless.
All you need to do now to keep your forms up and running is to upgrade again, this time not changing anything in the account details. Do not change the username and everything should go smoothly.
