Creating a wholesale order form to embed in Squarespace site

I sell both retail and wholesale using SquareSpace. Right now, for my wholesale customers, I have a PDF form that they have to download, print, fill out by hand, scan, and either fax and email back. Looking for something less time consuming for the retailer.

The order form needs to collect contact info, but also payment information (credit card), and order info with products, sizes, quantities and have the ability to submit it to me. Also, since I charge at the moment of shipping which happens several weeks after the order, I do not want the credit card to be charged when they submit the form.

Is that something you can do?

    My form is here: http://www.patriciagambis.com/orderform

    Thanks.

    Hello Lance,

Yes, this is achievable with JotForm's payment integrations. With payment gateways such as Stripe, Paypal and Authorize.Net, you can choose to capture payment authorization only upon form submission. When you are ready, you can charge them, albeit manually, via the gateway's dashboard.

I would like to create an order form that calculates totals and allows my customers to submit an order, but which does not collect payment. Is this possible? Thanks!
