Embedded codes not working on my website

Asked by butterflywishesnetwork on June 13, 2014 at 09:00 AM

Hi, I'm having massive issues today with the embedded codes not working. They did work before but now I've had to resort to hyperlinks to the form page rather than having them embedded.

On one it was showing fine in the preview in the form builder but once I got it on my site it wasn't working. The second kept saying that required sections hadn't been filled although the quite obviously had.

Please can you let me know when this will be fixed as I'd much rather have them embedded on the pages.

    Many Thanks

Could you please let us know which embed codes you tried? It is most likely that script conflicts between you form and your webpage were affecting the correct functioning of your form due to the method you used to embed your form. For this kind of issues we recommend to use the iframe embed code instead. Since the form script is protected into an iframe there is no possibilities that script conflicts happen.

Here is how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iframe code

Please give it a try and if the issue still persists, do not hesitate to contact us and share with us the URL of the page where your form is embedded so that we can further investigate.
