Posted this a couple hours ago...is anyone out there?  :)

Hi, we purchased Paypal Pro and I hooked up all the API settings, but when I put the payment form on our test website there is some weirdness.  Firstly, I don't see the hint examples in my fields, and then in the area where it says "enter the message as it is shown" the word doesn't show.  When I hit the radio button for credit cards, I don't get an expanded window for the card info.

Is this a Jotform issue or Paypal Pro issue?  Did I do something wrong?

Yes we are here and we do apologize about the delay. We have been working diligently to answer questions in a timely manner in the order we receive them as it has been very busy day for us today. I also had checked, but I didn't see a post from you related to this matter in our forum unless perhaps you may have sent it to our email which might be why.

Anyhow, In regards to your issue it seems to me that there is likely a conflict of some sort between the form and your website. I checked on this to make sure and found that everything is working normally directly on your form but testing it on your website it's obvious that it has some issues. I would suggest switching your form code to an iFrame which should help resolve this issue since it prevents this type of conflict between your form and your website scripts that can cause things like this to happen.

Thank you!  Sorry for the impatience...  I was trying to get it done today but it's no problem -- I understand you are super busy and I'm very grateful for the help.

I realized I had grabbed the source code, not the embed code...duh. Your explanation helped me figure that out, so thank you.

Another question — I would like to have 2 products with different headers.  I saw that thread about putting in Free products to use as headers and manipulating the code to remove the check box and "Free" — is that the ONLY way? Seems very complicated.  I'm putting my form in Adobe Muse so I don't have access to the code once it's embedded.

    Hello sarahcee,

You should always create one thread per question.

I have moved your latest question to a new thread. You can check your answer in the following thread:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/391621
