At one point the forms I had set up worked, but now any new forms are not working. I have tried using the iframe method mentioned in another post, yet it is coming up transparent. I have called XARA and they have no answers for me. Supposedly their dvp team is researching it, but that was 4 weeks ago and I have no answers from them.
The form on the page mentioned below is working properly but I can't duplicate or create a new form like this elsewhere.Page URL:

The embed codes you used for the form in the url you mentioned is a pop-up code, which is basically just a link that opens the form in a separate, re-sized window. I want to ask how can you not embed the form in other pages of your site. Are you getting an error message or anything when trying to embed the form?
Please try embedding a form using the iframe code in a test page then give us the url to this page so we can inspect the problem and come up with a fix.
We'll await your response. Thanks!

It is supposed to work as a popup layer and the initial page I sent you does work, yet when I tried to duplicate the process elsewhere it does not.
See here where it doesn't: http://soferonsite.com/favicon.htm
PS. Is there any phone support at all to make this easier and more efficient?

Unfortunately, no, we do not offer phone support as of the moment.
Your form is not embedded using iFrame code but with short embed codes. Please use iframe code for easier inspection.
Also, move the embedded form to the front layer so that it does not get covered by the other elements in your page.
