DMC has finished our trial period and we liked your service so we bought it. However Zach (firstname.lastname@example.org), is the account and he started a new account to pay the bill. Myself (Chad) I am the CTO and the actual forms are associated under my name I believe under my email address or the email address email@example.com. Please associate the payment by Zach and associate it the firstname.lastname@example.org. The sooner the better because I have forms that are currently down. You will notice all the email in question come from the same domain. Invoice below.
