When I try to PDF a form (not a submission), the signature box is

In pdf signature, Only a line remains under the text, not enough space for the client to actually sign in person. Can this be fixed?

It seems that the Signature fields are not optimized for PDF forms yet. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread, and we will let you know when we have any updates on this.

In the meantime, I have cloned your form, made some styling changes and used a Text Area field for signature. I hope that this is something that you can use.
