My Form isn't submitting

    It is hung up on "Please wait"

    Hi,

    I cloned your form and tried to recreate your issue but was unable to.  The submission went through as expected:

    We were having some system wide issues earlier with form submissions that have been corrected.  If you are still having problems please let us know and we will be happy to look in to it further.
