Paypal submission Incomplete Payments?

Every few weeks I see that there are incomplete payments associated with my jotform, which I use for membership renewal. I usually opt to manually complete the transaction, because why not?

Today I checked my Paypal account and noticed that one of the payments I manually completed last week was not accounted for. In other words, I completed the payment, sent off a receipt and thank you letter, but now it looks like the money never made it to my Paypal account.

Can you help me sort this out? What does manually completing a payment actually mean?

    Hi,

May I suggest you review this user guide also for more helpful details about the Incomplete Payments.

You should enable the IPN Message Delivery settings in your Paypal account.

Keeping Message Delivery set as Enabled will ensure that Paypal works with your JotForm form.

Most of the time, incomplete payment submissions were due to form respondents that just did not proceed with the actual payments. If you want to be notified for each payment submissions even for those completed and not completed, you should enable the form email notification in the paypal payment tool.
