Auto fill address on the form

In this form, if you go to page 2, I am collecting customers address for delivering the meals. The form is tied to the website thackitchen.com. People come to the website, they click on what product the want and accordingly the right jotform opens.

Is there a way where if they put their email ID, the rest of the fields like phone number and delivery address gets filled up automatically.

Please note : I am not keen on sending custom URL. Thats not feasible.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please take a look at our Spreadsheet to Form widget as it prepopulates fields pulled up from the Spreadsheet. The idea is, that the email will be the trigger to pull the data from the spreadsheet.

I went through the article. It says:

The widget only supports the following form elements:

• Full Name
• Email
• Time
• Short Text
• Long Text
• Dropdown
• Single Choice
• Multiple Choice
• Scale Rating
• Star Rating

Does this mean, it will not work to ge the address details populated?

Yes, using the Spreadsheet to form widget, you cannot auto-fill the address field.

You can use separate Short text entry fields for the address and then use this widget to auto-fill data.
