    Basic account has reached its maximum monthly submissions

    Dear Jotfrom Crew,

     

    I have created an event using your website. My event has currently reached more than 100 submissions. Will I be able to continue receiving submissions if I download and delete the ones that I have already gotten. Would it make any difference? How many more extra submissions can I get before I upgrade my account?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately removing submissions does not cause the counter to decrease as each submission received counts towards the total. The same is true for file uploads and things of that nature.  Our lowest cost plan allows for up to 1000 submissions however and can be cancelled whenever you like.

    Thank you so much for the quick response.

    I am going to need the form submissions for about 2 months. Can I get a refund for the rest of the year? How's the refund process?

    Can I pay for the upgrade with my local currency (Venezuelan BsF.)? Is the US dollar the only currency accepted?

    Hi,

    We offer monthly plans that should suit your needs and yes you may cancel them any time.  We do full refunds  We accept many different forms of payment and you should be able to find one that works with your currency.  We only refund yearly subscriptions within the first 30 days but as I stated, you can cancel a monthly plan any time.  Let us know if you have any other questions and we will be be happy to help.
