Not able to complete Integration for CC

When trying to create a Constant Contact signup form, there seems to be a flaw... it ask to add a fullname field but when adding, fullname does not appear in dropdown.

Also, I know my regular CC form has first name, last name, and email address blocks.. not 'fullname'

When you are setting this up you need to map the fields to one another. This means you need a field of the same type in your form and also in your constant contact. If it is a custom field or something else then it can lead to this type of issue so you may want to check on that.
