When you say 'Kindle', do you mean Amazon's Kindle Fire (Android)? If yes, are you using JotForm's Android app for accessing your forms?

I prefer making them on my computers - one computer is still windows XP but the other is windows 7.  I cannot can access it on either of those, only on the android version but it would take forever to edit and build a form on that.

I updated my google chrome and still I cannot get access to my forms.  I'll take any suggestions you can come up with as I really need to make another form.

    Hello catherinesteele,

After you update your google chrome and tried to access your form, are you able to see the list of your forms but could not edit?

I would suggest you to try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps you in any way. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Once you clear your browser cache, please sign in to your JotForm account using your username "catherinesteele". You may also like to restart your internet router once.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

yes that is exactly my problem.

I emptied my cache and still having the problem :-( it's like it's stuck on that page - didn't even ask me to relog in.

    Hello catherinesteele,

That is strange. Did you close the JotForm window before clearing the browser cache?

If the cache was cleared successfully, accessing your JotForm account should take you to sign in screen.

    Let's do this:

    1. Close the tab where you have opened JotForm pages.

    2. Clear the browser cache again.

    3. Restart your internet router.

    4. Try to access your JotForm account and it should ask you to sign in again with your login credentials.

    5. Please try to use any other browser as well and see if you are able to edit your forms.

If the issue persists, do get back to us with your chrome version # and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

no luck on the latest google chrome.  It worked for one attempt to clone a page but then got stuck again.  Could it be something with my account?  It never asks me to re log-in... could you log me out there somehow? and then maybe I'll be able to log in again?

    Hello catherinesteele,

I don't think that this issue has anything to do with your account. I did check your account and it is currently in good shape.

I am not sure how my answer was edited as it just show half of the answer. Here is the complete list of steps which I wanted you to perform:

    1. Close the tab where you have opened JotForm pages.

    2. Clear the browser cache.

    3. Restart your internet router.

Once these steps are done, please try to sign in to your JotForm account. You can also open chrome in "incognito window"  and see if you are able to edit your forms. Please check the screenshot below on how to open chrome in incognito mode:

Please be noted that we cannot log you out from here. You can click on the "Logout" button as well. Please check the screenshot below:
