    Hi,

Your form currently has this url - http://www.facebook.com/labarradulce as the custom thank you page for your form.

    To change this:

    1.  Go to My Forms, click your form's name then click Edit

    2.  While in edit mode, click the Thank You button in the form builder

    3.  Choose an option for your form - either a Custom URL, default thank you page, or a Thank You message

    4.  Click Next then configure the option you chose

Hope you find this useful. Let us know if you require more assistance with regard to this issue. Thanks!
