Only seeing PDF info of submitted form on FTP, but not the actual file

    Hi,

I've set up and tested the FTP forwarding of uploaded files from my form and it seems to be working up until a point. A folder gets created just as I had set it up with the customers email address. Within, a PDF copy of their answers resides but NOT the file they uploaded. The only way to reach that file is to click the link within the PDF that then takes me to the upload that is hosted on the jotform servers but not my own. I've tested this using small files that I have uploaded to no avail. Is there a time that needs to lapse in order for JotForm to forward this file to my ftp?

    Thank you!

    Hello blinkmusic,

I did check your form but did not find any issue with that. It should be uploading the uploads to your FTP folder.

Please be noted that the uploads are first uploaded to our server and then it is synced with your FTP. In this process it does take few minutes for the data to be synced. I would suggest you to share the complete http path of your folder "evaluation_submissions" where your uploads are supposed to be copied so that we can test your form once.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Thank you so much!

While it did not work with my dummy .mp3 upload, it did work the following day and on the consecutive tests executed.

    Appreciate your clarifications. Thank you!
