I have set up 4 rules for my form. But only one of them is active?
Is it only possible to ad one rule pr. form?

By the way... it is by choosing "Arrangementets art" that the two below boxes should disapear. Either one of them or both.
eg. when choosing "afhentet" both "Opdækning hos Cocotten" and "Leveres til lokale hos MAN Diesel & Turbo" should disapear or be hided.

First of all, thank you for using JotFom.
I've tried replicating your issue on our end and after checking at your conditions, I've noticed some irregularities. You have the same entries with different rules. Please take a look at the screenshot below.
Your form cannot pinpoint what rule will it obey, rendering the rules as NULL and void. I suggest you merge similar conditions to avoid this. You can do it by clicking the pencil button on the right side of the window.
Click on the new rule on the lower left side.
And add a new rule.
Repeat the process and delete other unnecessaryconditions.
The final output would be like this.
You can also view a working demo of your cloned form here (http://www.jotform.com/form/12293601528?). If you want, you can clone it too. I've already set your email as the default recipient in your notification for your convenience. Hope this helps.
If you have further issues and concerns, you are more than welcome to contact us again.
