when people fill in the form, we are not getting all the notifications. we didn't recieve one from the table plan form.
We have mentioned this before but its still not ficed. It was the table plan form on this occasion.

Did you make any changes to your form's notification email recently?
I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have not selected the "Sender Email" yet or it was somehow changed while editing your form. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that the "Sender E-mail" in your notification is required to be added. This will ensure that your notification email work as expected.
You can select "firstname.lastname@example.org", "email@example.com" or you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. This guide should help you:
