    Please can you explain how I can cancel our monthly subscription to Jotform as the programme we were working on has now closed and therefore do not need a review form facility on our website.  I've removed the form from our website.

    I checked your account and our system indicates this has already been successfully cancelled. You are currently scheduled to be downgraded on 7/8/2014.
