Hi, we posted a message last week from Homes in London, however the issue is still occurring and I can't figure out why it is not working.

Although we have successfully tested the form throughout the week on different idevices and browsers and it has worked.. when out on the road doing an inventory check in various properties across London, our staff are unable to load the form or submit it without crashing on data and wifi. The devices used are iphone 5 & 4s on chrome and safari with ios up to date.

Additionally, the jotform integration with dropbox is only working when it is submitted by PC. We have removed and re-added the integration to dropbox Dropbox\JotForm\Inventory for Check Out and carried out the same for google spreadsheets.

    Please help.

    Thanks

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.

I have found at least one issue with a JS embed version of your form. The form might not work right when it is accessed for the first time. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team. Once we have any updates on this, we will get back to you.

As a workaround, you can replace your JS embed form code with an iFrame code. It will not be affected by the JS embed issue.

We will handle the Dropbox/Google Spreadsheet issue on a separate thread.

    Thank you.
